The short version

Retorno is built for privacy. Your data stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or sell your personal information.

What data Retorno stores

All data — check-ins, patterns, reflections, and settings — is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable optional cloud sync.

What we don't collect

• No personal information
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No cookies for advertising
• No third-party scripts
• No data sharing with anyone, ever

Optional cloud sync

If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data will be encrypted and stored in a secure database. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Sync is always opt-in and never required.

PWA and installation

Retorno works as a Progressive Web App. Installing it to your home screen does not grant us any additional permissions or access to your device. The app runs entirely in your browser sandbox.
